At Futures Fins AU, we want to ensure you have the best setup for your next session; if your fins aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the fins in their original protective sleeve and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5 business days.
